Qi Gong (Cultivation of Life Energy) is a holistic system that combines physical exercise, breathing and meditation. It is practiced worldwide for purposes of health, preventive medicine, spirituality, strength, mindfulness and martial arts. It is a powerful method that can be practiced by all people at all fitness conditions.
Unlike a more generalised routine as in group classes, these private sessions will be perfectly tailored to your current physical, emotional and mental needs.
Every session starts with a short 15 minutes conversation to understand current imbalances in your body and your personal needs. It is followed by a 45 minutes Qi Gong routine that is guided by me to address these needs and bring you back to harmony. I will also take your history with me and your constitution into consideration to come up with a therapy method. At the end of the session, you will be refreshed and energised, feeling in harmony again. You will also be able to repeat the exercises you have learnt later on your own to extend the effects of the session even further.
